Bring water to a boil and pour over the herbs. Cover immediately and allow the tea to steep for 12 hours. This extended infusion period allows the full spectrum of plant compounds to be released into the water, producing a deeper, more complete extraction than standard short steeping methods.

After the 12-hour infusion, gently reheat to a warm, comfortable temperature before consuming if desired. Do not boil after the infusion period.
