AO Scan information and related reports, observations, recommendations, protocols, or discussions are not medical diagnoses and should not be interpreted as laboratory testing, medical imaging, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Customers purchasing an AO Scan or another personalized service are responsible for providing accurate information and completing applicable intake and scheduling requirements.

5. AO SCAN & SERVICE REFUND POLICY

All AO Scan purchases and personalized service purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased.

AO Scans, personalized wellness assessments, consultations, digital reports, protocols, customized materials, and other individualized services are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund after purchase.

Failure to provide requested information, complete intake requirements, respond to communications, schedule, attend, or otherwise participate in the purchased service does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

If Baba’s Iris is unable to provide a purchased service, we will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.
