FAQ
Where do you get your herbs from?
Our organic and wild-crafted herbs are sourced from small, traditional growers and raw-material suppliers from around the world. All herbs are non-irradiated and validated through quality-assurance testing, including:
• Organoleptic testing (appearance, color, aroma, and flavor)
• Microscopic and macroscopic inspection for foreign matter
• HPTLC identification to verify purity and authenticity
• ICP-MS heavy-metal analysis
• Microbiological testing for pathogens (including E. coli and Salmonella)
• Chemical analysis for moisture content, volatile oils, ash, and acid-insoluble ash
How should I store my herbs?
Store herbs in a cool, dry, dark place. A well-sealed glass jar kept in a kitchen cabinet works well. Avoid moisture exposure to preserve freshness, potency, and shelf life.
Can I consume multiple tea blends at the same time?
Many blends may be used together; however, we recommend introducing herbs one at a time, especially when starting out.
This allows you to understand how your body responds to each blend individually. Once tolerated, teas may be rotated or enjoyed together based on personal preference and individual tolerance.
How do I brew the herbs?
Use 1 teaspoon of herbs per cup of water.
For a lighter infusion, bring water to a gentle boil and steep for approximately 10–15 minutes.
For a full-spectrum infusion, herbs may be steeped longer, up to 12 hours, depending on desired strength.
The longer it sits, the stronger it hits.
Longer steeping extracts a broader range of plant compounds and minerals, creating a more concentrated tea. Strength should always be adjusted based on individual tolerance.
Use spring, filtered, or mineral-containing water. Avoid microwaving water. Optional sweeteners include raw honey, agave, or date sugar.
Herbs may be reused more than once, depending on the plant material and preferred strength.
What is an ideal cleanse?
Cleansing is highly individual and depends on your current health, sensitivity, and lifestyle.
Some people prefer more concentrated tea routines for short periods, while others do best with lighter, consistent daily infusions. Always listen to your body, begin gently, and avoid pushing through discomfort.

Can you reuse the herbs?
Herbs and roots may be reused until their color, aroma, and flavor noticeably diminish. There is no fixed rule — strength increases with time and reuse, so adjust use based on how your body responds.
