Baba’s Iris reserves the right to deny any refund, replacement, return, or store credit request that does not comply with this policy.

# Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing HealingJourney@BabasIris.com.

After the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, all orders are considered final and may immediately enter processing and fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, refund, or return.

# Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of herbal, ingestible, wellness, and personal care products, all sales are final after shipment.

Baba’s Iris does not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- tea blends
- herbal consumables
- oils
- wellness products
- personal care items
- opened or used products

This policy applies regardless of customer preference, taste, aroma, texture, or perceived product results.

# Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must contact HealingJourney@BabasIris.com within 72 hours of delivery if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Requests must include:
- order number
- photos of the shipping box
- photos of the item received
- description of the issue

Baba’s Iris reserves the right to review all claims on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution will be offered.

# Delivery Responsibility

Baba’s Iris fulfills its responsibility upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation constitute proof of fulfillment.
