Lymph Down is a scientifically crafted blend designed to support the necessary functions of the lymphatic system. This system is crucial for maintaining immunity, aiding in detoxification, and regulating fluid balance. By optimizing lymphocyte performance and promoting the elimination of excess fluids, debris, and waste from tissues and cells, this tea boosts your body's natural defenses.

Experience reduced swelling in lymph nodes and cysts, improved circulation, and enhanced breast health with Lymph Down. It also plays a significant role in detoxifying the body, eliminating toxins, and managing candida. Each cup provides a natural cleanse, helping to enhance immune function and maintain a balanced internal environment, making it an essential addition to your wellness routine.

Ingredients: Slippery Elm, Yellow dock, Red clover, Pau d’ Arco, Yarrow, Ashwagandha, Sheep Sorrel, Astragalus, Burdock Root, Dandelion, Stinging nettle, Olive Leaf, Calendula, Moringa, Cinquefoil, Anise, Oregon Grape, Echinacea <head><meta charset="UTF-8" /></head>

Here’s the recommended method for brewing:

  1. Use 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend and steep it in hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea and enjoy your first cup.
  3. After consuming the first cup, place the used herbs back into the cup and add another cup of water.
  4. Let this second cup steep for about 12 hours. This extended steeping time helps to activate the herbs further and extract every single vitamin and nutrient.
  5. The second cup will be the most potent, providing the maximum health benefits.

Alternatively, you can use this method:

  1. In a large pot or mason jar, add 3 teaspoons of the herbal blend to 6 cups of boiling water.
  2. Cover and let it steep for 12 hours.
  3. Store the tea in the refrigerator and drink it throughout the next 2 to 3 days, consuming 2 to 3 cups per day. Sweeten according to your taste, but avoid using sugar. Agave is a great option, and while you can use honey, it may change the flavor. Personally, we enjoy the natural taste of these teas.
