I quit drinking and recently, smoking as well for a better, healthier lifestyle. I smoked weed everyday for many years and I think its a big factor to my issues with my thyroid. I developed these nodes on the sides on my neck and my voice was struggling, (being a singer, this was really what made me stop). However, I still had the nodes but after doing Baba's Iris AO scan, this was one of the teas recommended with the protocol (along with the lymph down oil.) What a difference! Today the node on my left side is non existent and the one on the right a very small that only I can notice. I definitely recommend it and it taste good too, (even without agave because I had take a time out on sugar, Baba's orders. lol)
