This blend is specially designed to promote kidney-related functions such as filtering and removing bacteria from waste, blood fat, blood sugar, and blood pressure. It also aids in cleansing mucous membranes and urinary tracts, while replenishing electrolytes, nutrients, minerals, and energy. In addition, this blend can help maintain metabolic efficiency and regulate fluid volume by controlling water excretion. It may even have a positive effect on conditions such as fibroids, cysts, and kidney stones.

IngredientsDandelion root, Astragalus, Fennel, Juniper Berries, Parsley, Peppermint, Stinging Nettle, Red Raspberry Leaf, Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon balm, Marshmallow root, Fenugreek

Here’s the recommended method for brewing:

  1. Use 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend and steep it in hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea and enjoy your first cup.
  3. After consuming the first cup, place the used herbs back into the cup and add another cup of water.
  4. Let this second cup steep for about 12 hours. This extended steeping time helps to activate the herbs further and extract every single vitamin and nutrient.
  5. The second cup will be the most potent, providing the maximum health benefits.

Alternatively, you can use this method:

  1. In a large pot or mason jar, add 3 teaspoons of the herbal blend to 6 cups of boiling water.
  2. Cover and let it steep for 12 hours.
  3. Store the tea in the refrigerator and drink it throughout the next 2 to 3 days, consuming 2 to 3 cups per day. Sweeten according to your taste, but avoid using sugar. Agave is a great option, and while you can use honey, it may change the flavor. Personally, we enjoy the natural taste of these teas.

Great Taste

The tea has a great taste. I do not add anything to alter the taste, and I drink it twice a day, three times a week. One teaspoon goes a long way. One teaspoon makes two full cups (coffee cup size ): one for morning and one for night. If you have a cast Japanese teapot, use it. The tea stays hot longer. As for the tea, it works as a cleanser; it is not your typical detox type of tea. It does not make you feel bloated or cause stomach cramps. It works through your blood system, which could be why I say it is not your typical detox tea. if you haven't tried it, I think you should.
