    Ive been taking many of Babas Iris products but one that is most beneficial is the Black Seed Oil. Been taking for months now. My hormones are in check, I don’t feel bloated anymore, my movements are healthier. My hair is thicker and fuller….And most amazing- my nerve pain associated with inflammation in my knees and joints has gone away almost completely. I still suffer from arthritis in my knees but I was having flare ups where it was so painful just to stand up and the flare ups have stopped since taking the black seed oil.     To whom ever will take the tym to read! I am one of many who are dealing with a parent who has dementia /Alzheimer’s is not an easy Disease to grasp but we need to handle it head on as best as we can to keep our loved one here with us for as long as possible because I will not accept the fact that there are no longer here with us mentally! I have been fortunate through out my journey to find a wonderful masseuse to help with bones and muscle cramping and to actually
    find a miracle product of the Black seed oil that I can not even elaborate but I will tell you that my mother has been more verbal since I started this product, aware cognitive wise . Because the last year she stop communicating with me.
    So as we continue our journey I give it to her 3times a week also include Lions Mane daily and Himalayan Shilajit once a week. Honestly I did not notice a difference until the black oil seed was given to mom!     I recommend this product to all my clients that would benefit from this healing oil benefits as it has a wide range. This one particular client of mine she has Alzheimers and I go to give her massage and physical therapy.
